Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User" or "you") and jqkclub888 ("Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at jqkclub888.cam and all associated services, products, features and content made available thereon (collectively, the "Service").

7. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account with jqkclub888. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, jqkclub888 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all associated wagers and withhold any funds pending investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration and must keep that information up to date throughout the lifetime of your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any payment method details. jqkclub888 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by the Player.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — confidential and secure. You must not share access to your Account with any other person. jqkclub888 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access where the Player failed to maintain adequate credential security.

4.4 Account Currency

All jqkclub888 Accounts operated by Malaysian Players are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Once a currency is selected at registration it cannot be changed. All quoted limits, minimums, maximums and bonus amounts on this platform are expressed in MYR unless stated otherwise.

Deposits & Payments

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

5.2 Deposit Minimums and Limits

The standard minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless a specific promotion requires a higher minimum. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. jqkclub888 reserves the right to adjust limits for individual Accounts based on verification status, account history or risk assessment.

5.3 Own Funds Only

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that derive from a lawful source. Depositing third-party funds, borrowed money or funds obtained through unlawful activity is strictly prohibited. Any deposit that jqkclub888 reasonably suspects to be sourced from unlawful activity may be held, returned or reported to relevant authorities.

5.4 Processing Times

E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers and internet banking deposits are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes, subject to the processing status of the respective bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations, which may vary by coin and network conditions.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

A withdrawal request may only be submitted where: (a) your Account identity verification (KYC) has been completed to jqkclub888's satisfaction; (b) all applicable Wagering Requirements attached to any active Bonus have been met in full; (c) your Account is in good standing with no pending investigations; and (d) the requested amount falls within the applicable withdrawal limits for your Account.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. E-wallet withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer during weekends, public holidays or periods of high volume. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to prevailing network confirmation times.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed within the Account withdrawal section and may be updated from time to time. jqkclub888 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments and to conduct additional verification checks before releasing funds where the amount exceeds standard thresholds.

6.4 Inactive Account Fees

Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be subject to an inactivity fee deducted from any remaining Balance, the amount and schedule of which will be notified to the Player via their registered email address in advance. Players are encouraged to close dormant Accounts and withdraw any remaining Balance proactively.

Bonuses & Promotions

jqkclub888 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible new and existing Players. Participation in any promotion is entirely voluntary. By claiming a Bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Every Bonus is subject to a Wagering Requirement stated in the promotion details. For example, a 35x Wagering Requirement on a Bonus of RM100 means that wagers totalling RM3,500 of qualifying play must be recorded before any winnings attributable to that Bonus may be withdrawn. Wagers that do not qualify toward the Wagering Requirement will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

7.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that remain unclaimed or for which the Wagering Requirement has not been met within the validity period stated in the individual promotion will be removed from the Account automatically. jqkclub888 does not provide extensions to Bonus validity periods except at its sole discretion.

7.3 Abuse of Promotions

Any Player found to have exploited, abused or attempted to manipulate a promotion — including through collusion, the use of multiple Accounts, or systematic low-risk play patterns designed solely to clear a Wagering Requirement — will have their Bonus and associated winnings voided. The Account may also be suspended pending further review.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted through jqkclub888. Product-specific rules are published within the relevant game or betting interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

8.1 Odds and Pricing

All odds displayed on jqkclub888 are expressed in decimal format. The potential return displayed at time of bet placement is indicative. Final settlement amounts are calculated using the odds confirmed at the moment the bet is accepted. jqkclub888 reserves the right to void a bet where a manifest pricing error is identified before or after settlement.

8.2 Bet Acceptance

A wager is not accepted until a confirmation reference is issued by the jqkclub888 system and is visibly reflected in the Player's bet history. In cases of network interruption or technical error, only bets with a confirmed reference will be honoured.

8.3 Match Cancellations and Postponements

In the event that a scheduled sporting fixture — including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga or UFC events — is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules published for that event. Generally, bets on cancelled events are voided and stakes are returned.

8.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to higher volatility and may be suspended or removed at any time during an event. The Player accepts full responsibility for monitoring live market availability before placing in-play wagers.

Responsible Gambling

9.1 Age Restriction

• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, collusion or match manipulation.
• Attempting to exploit any technical glitch, software error or loophole for financial gain.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity.
• Sharing Account access with any third party or allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Acting in a manner that jeopardises the security, integrity or reputation of jqkclub888.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jqkclub888 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, page layouts, software, data compilations and code — is owned by or licensed to jqkclub888 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any part of jqkclub888's content without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use will result in immediate termination of your access rights and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jqkclub888 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Service, including gambling losses.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill howsoever caused.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, delays or errors in third-party payment systems including Malaysian banking infrastructure.
• The accuracy or completeness of odds, statistics or event information displayed on the Platform.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, jqkclub888's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

jqkclub888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity, failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe, or irreconcilable risk concerns.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach attributable to the Player, any Balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation or permanently forfeited where the breach involves fraud. Where closure is initiated by jqkclub888 for reasons not attributable to the Player, any verified real-money Balance will be returned via a method determined by jqkclub888.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any active Bonuses will be forfeited. A verified real-money Balance will be returned to you subject to applicable withdrawal conditions being met.

Amendments

jqkclub888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where an amendment is material, jqkclub888 will make reasonable efforts to notify active Players via their registered email address or via a Platform notice prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service and close your Account.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jqkclub888 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct engagement with jqkclub888 support shall be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as determined by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights available to you as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia or any other jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer protection provisions apply to your circumstances.
